  • HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
    Shopping at mrdezyner.com is easy: Use the CLOTHING, BAGS, MEN’S and ACCESSORIES links. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'CART' link at the top of the page. Click on 'CHECKOUT’ to update billing & shipping address. Click on ‘CONTINUE’ to choose Payment Option to complete your order.
  • DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
    Yes. You need to set up an account to shop online. Click on Login to create an account

  • I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOT PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MR. DEZYNER ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
    You can pay by Online through Internet banking, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Debit cards, Paytm, UPI, IMPS. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Billdesk Ltd. First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.   • HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
    We endeavour to deliver orders between 10 to 12 business days (excludes public holidays & Sundays). The Delivery time may increase during special offers and sales period.
  • DOES MR. DEZYNER SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
    We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
  • CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
    Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item. To change an Item/Order you have to cancel the existing order and place new order. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account.
  • HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
    We currently do not have the facility to Exchange an item.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
